SPICY CARROT & ORANGE MIMOSA

Add a little kick to your brunch celebration with this carrot, orange and ginger Mimosa. Swap the sparkling water with alcohol-free bubbly or prosecco. It’s not only delicious but includes added immune-boosting benefits with the Vitamin A, C + Ginger combo. Cheers.

  • ½ C Freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 3 Tbsp Freshly squeezed ginger juice

  • ½ C Freshly squeezed carrot juice (reserve tops for garnish) 

  • 1 C Sparkling water (can substitute for champagne or sparkling)

  • 4 Orange rounds for garnish

  1. Combine the carrot, orange and ginger juice in a pitcher.

  2. Fill chilled flutes halfway with the juice (¾ cup per glass) and top with sparkling water or bubbly (½ cup per glass).

  3. Garnish with the carrot greens and an orange round. Enjoy.

  • If you do not have a juicer, you could use store-bought juice – just be sure to read the ingredient list for any added sugars + additives.
