SPICY CARROT & ORANGE MIMOSA

Add a little kick to your brunch celebration with this carrot, orange and ginger Mimosa. Swap the sparkling water with alcohol-free bubbly or prosecco. It’s not only delicious but includes added immune-boosting benefits with the Vitamin A, C + Ginger combo. Cheers.
½ C Freshly squeezed orange juice
3 Tbsp Freshly squeezed ginger juice
½ C Freshly squeezed carrot juice (reserve tops for garnish)
1 C Sparkling water (can substitute for champagne or sparkling)
4 Orange rounds for garnish
Combine the carrot, orange and ginger juice in a pitcher.
Fill chilled flutes halfway with the juice (¾ cup per glass) and top with sparkling water or bubbly (½ cup per glass).
Garnish with the carrot greens and an orange round. Enjoy.
