Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup strawberries, mashed
- 1/4 of a banana, mashed
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder

- 1/2 Cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 Tsp hemp seeds
Directions
- In a bowl or jar, combine the strawberries and banana, then mash together.
